ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR,
SURGICAL WEIGHT CONTROL PROGRAM
Providing excellent care and beautiful results! Dr. Macaron earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He completed his residency in surgery at Saint Mary’s Hospital. Dr. Macaron also completed a fellowship in laparo- endoscopic and bariatric surgery at Danbury Hospital. He is board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgeons and is a member of the Faculty of the American Board of Surgeons. A student in various regional and international cultures, fluent in several languages and a devoted father, Dr. Macaron’ rich background, compassion and warmth are evident in the way that he runs the Spa. “I am proud to welcome patients to a center where real caring combined with education and experience will result in complete wellbeing. Nadine has worked at D’vine since it’s opening in 2013. She supports Dr. Macaron and the team with her vast customer service and administrative experience. She is fluently in many languages, with strong organizational skills and a jovial manner. Nadine realizes that good communication is essential for any successful relationship and that’s exactly what she aims to demonstrate. She is a devoted mother to her three children and enjoys family time the most. She greets each and every patient with a welcoming smile and helps patients feel completely relaxed, Nadine is here to make your visit to our office smooth as silk. Please feel free to ask her for what you need whether is to make your time at our facility more comfortable or to assist you with payment questions, appointment changes,etc. “My goal is to create a “Spa”ful experience here at D’vine Medical Spa for each and every patient. Mariele Sarto
RN BSN
RN BSN obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University and graduated cum laude in 2012. In her 11 years of experience, she has worked in various different areas of nursing diversifying her experience. Mariele started in an acute rehabilitation facility. She later joined a medical-surgical unit with focus on stroke, followed by the operating room at St. Mary’s Hospital where she excelled at her position becoming service leader of the Davinci Robotic Program in bariatric surgeries. Mariele loved working in surgery but missed having a more indepth patient interaction. From the operating room, Mariele stayed connected to the surgical field but now working in preoperative nursing and post-anesthesia care recovery in orthopedic surgery. She joined D’Vine Medical Spa with another passion for aesthetics and has shown enthusiasm and great skills. She is multilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese, and knows some Spanish offering an extension to our diverse community. Mariele excels in vitamin rehabilitation along with facial rejuvenation through Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), dermal fillers, bio-stimulators,and neuromuscular modulators injectables. Mariele enjoys all things aesthetic; further improving existing and learning new skills to help individualize a plan for each client.

TaQiyya is a well-rounded and passionate skin care specialist who can help you achieve your dream skin. She specializes in customized corrective treatments that target your specific skin concerns. With her remarkable approach to skincare filled with compassion and transparency, Qiyya teaches her clients what is best for their skin and curates personalized treatment plans and skin care regimens to help them glow.
TaQiyya believes that any aesthetic treatment, including injectable Botox and fillers, must be complemented with a personalized skin care regimen for optimal results. She aims to prevent, protect, and correct the skin with her facials. Some of her favorite advanced facial treatments include Hydrafacial, Chemical Peel, Microdermabrasion, and Microcurrent.
When she is not busy transforming her clients into their best selves, you can find TaQiyya practicing self-care, staying up-to-date on the latest skincare technology, whipping up tasty meals in the kitchen, and soaking up the great outdoors.
