Dr. Macaron
MEDICAL DIRECTOR & OWNER
Dr. Shady Macaron is the Medical Director of D’Vine Medical Spa and a board-certified general surgeon with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, wellness, and patient-centered care.
He earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut and completed his surgical residency at Saint Mary’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic, endoscopic, and bariatric surgery at Danbury Hospital. Dr. Macaron is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and serves as a member of its faculty.
Fluent in multiple languages and deeply committed to personalized patient care, Dr. Macaron believes that confidence, wellness, and beauty go hand in hand. His approach combines advanced medical knowledge with a compassionate understanding of each patient’s unique goals.

PRACTICE MANAGER
Nadine Macaron has been an integral part of D’Vine Medical Spa since its opening in 2013. As Practice Manager, she oversees daily operations while ensuring every patient receives exceptional service and a seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.
With extensive administrative and customer service experience, Nadine is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm, welcoming personality. Fluent in multiple languages, she is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their aesthetic and wellness journey.
Whether assisting with scheduling, treatment coordination, financing options, or patient questions, Nadine is committed to making each visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.
As a devoted mother of three, she understands the importance of balancing self-care, confidence, and overall well-being. Her philosophy reflects the heart of D’Vine Medical Spa:

Mariele Sarto, RN, BSN
AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR
Mariele Sarto, RN, BSN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University, graduating Cum Laude in 2012. Throughout her nursing career, she has developed a diverse clinical background spanning acute rehabilitation, medical-surgical nursing, robotic surgery, orthopedics, and aesthetic medicine.
Prior to joining D’Vine Medical Spa, Mariele spent several years in surgical nursing, including serving as Service Leader for the Da Vinci Robotic Bariatric Surgery Program at Saint Mary’s Hospital. Her experience in the operating room provided an advanced understanding of anatomy, precision, patient safety, and surgical outcomes—skills that continue to influence her meticulous approach to aesthetic treatments today.
Seeking a specialty that combined medicine, artistry, and meaningful patient relationships, Mariele expanded her career into aesthetic nursing. She is passionate about helping patients look refreshed, confident, and naturally rejuvenated through personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.
Mariele specializes in facial rejuvenation using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), collagen-stimulating treatments, and regenerative aesthetic procedures. She is committed to ongoing education and advanced training, allowing her to provide patients with the latest evidence-based techniques and treatment options.
Fluent in English and Portuguese, and conversational in Spanish, Mariele enjoys serving D’Vine Medical Spa’s diverse patient community and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

TaQiyya “Qiyya” is a passionate and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician specializing in corrective skincare, advanced facial treatments, brow artistry, and customized skin rejuvenation programs. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized treatment plans designed around their unique concerns and goals.
Known for her compassionate approach and commitment to patient education, Qiyya believes that beautiful skin begins with consistency, proper home care, and treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. She takes pride in helping clients understand their skin while creating customized regimens that prevent, protect, and correct common skin concerns.
Qiyya specializes in corrective treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, uneven texture, and age-related skin changes. Her expertise includes HydraFacial®, SWiCH™ Dermal Rejuvenation, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent therapy, and customized anti-aging facial treatments. She is especially passionate about helping clients improve skin health, restore confidence, and achieve long-term results through a combination of professional treatments and medical-grade skincare.
In addition to corrective facial treatments, Qiyya is D’Vine Medical Spa’s Brow & Wax Specialist. She provides expert brow shaping, brow tinting, brow mapping, facial waxing, and customized brow services designed to enhance each client’s natural features and facial balance.
Qiyya believes aesthetic treatments work best when healthy skin is the foundation. Whether a client is preparing for injectables, maintaining treatment results, or simply beginning their skincare journey, she works closely with each patient to develop a personalized plan for lasting improvement and beautiful, healthy skin.
Dedicated to continuing education and staying current with the latest skincare innovations, Qiyya is committed to delivering exceptional care while helping every client feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
