A personalized approach to regenerative aesthetics, skin quality and healthy aging.
The Future of Regenerative Aesthetics
At D’Vine Medical Spa, we believe beautiful skin is built through a thoughtful, long-term approach—not a single treatment or trending product.
As regenerative medicine continues to evolve, peptides have become an exciting area of research for their potential role in cellular communication, tissue repair, collagen support and overall skin longevity.
Our philosophy is simple: every recommendation should be individualized, evidence-informed and integrated into a comprehensive skin health plan. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on helping patients build healthy, resilient skin through education, regenerative therapies and personalized treatment planning.
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules throughout the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, and different peptides may communicate with cells involved in functions such as tissue repair, collagen support, inflammation, metabolism and recovery.
In aesthetics, peptides may be incorporated into skincare or professionally directed regenerative protocols depending on the patient’s goals, health history and the intended use.
Peptides should not be viewed as a replacement for healthy lifestyle habits, medical-grade skincare or proven aesthetic treatments. Instead, they may become one component of a broader skin-longevity plan.
How Peptides May Fit Into an Aesthetic Plan
Skin Quality
Selected peptides are being studied for their potential role in supporting collagen production, skin hydration, elasticity, and overall skin resilience.
Recovery
Certain peptide protocols are being explored for their role in supporting tissue recovery following aesthetic procedures.
Hair & Scalp Health
Some peptides are incorporated into topical products or regenerative protocols designed to support scalp health and healthy-looking hair.
Healthy Aging
Peptides may become one component of a comprehensive longevity plan that also includes medical-grade skincare, collagen stimulation, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
Our Skin Longevity Pyramid begins with the fundamentals: daily skincare, sun protection and lifestyle habits. Professional skin treatments and collagen-stimulating procedures build upon that foundation. Regenerative options—including PRF, EZGel™, Exosomes, peptide skincare and future peptide protocols—may then be incorporated when appropriate.
Our Current Skin-Longevity Options
While our individualized peptide consultation program is still in development, D’Vine Medical Spa currently offers several treatments that may be incorporated into a regenerative skin plan:
- Medical-grade peptide skincare
- PRF and EZGel™
- Microneedling
- Exosome & Topical Copper Peptides add-ons
- Sculptra® and other collagen-stimulating treatments
- HydraFacial® and customized corrective facials
- Personalized Full Face Assessment consultations
Your recommended plan will depend on your skin quality, facial anatomy, health history, lifestyle and aesthetic goals.
Personalized—Never One Size Fits All
Peptides are not selected simply because they are trending. At D’Vine Medical Spa, any future peptide protocol will begin with an individualized consultation and appropriate medical screening.
Recommendations may consider:
- Skin quality and visible aging
- Recovery needs
- Current medications and supplements
- Medical history
- Existing skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Lifestyle and long-term goals
Our goal is to create thoughtful, evidence-informed protocols while remaining transparent about what is established, what is still being studied and what may not be appropriate for every patient.
Important Information About Peptides
Some peptide medications have FDA-approved medical indications. Examples are the GLP1 such as Ozempic and Mounjaro. However, many peptides promoted online for cosmetic, wellness or regenerative purposes are not FDA-approved for those uses.
The quality, legality, evidence and appropriate route of administration can vary significantly between products. Peptides should only be considered under the direction of a qualified medical provider who can review the patient’s history, discuss potential risks and benefits and determine whether a particular option is appropriate.

Frequently asked questions
Are peptides the same as growth factors?
No. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that may act as cellular signals. Growth factors are larger signaling proteins with different biological functions. Both may appear in regenerative skincare or aesthetic discussions, but they are not interchangeable.
Are peptides injected?
Peptides may be formulated in different ways, including topical products and medically directed therapies. The route depends on the specific peptide, intended use, legal status and provider recommendation. Not every peptide is appropriate for injection or use during procedures.
Can peptides be used with microneedling or Aquagold®?
Only products specifically deemed appropriate and safe for professional use should be introduced during procedures that disrupt the skin barrier. A product marketed as “topical” should not automatically be assumed suitable for microneedling or intradermal delivery.
Are peptide treatments appropriate for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on medical history, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, treatment goals and the specific product being considered.
When will peptide consultations become available?
Our program is currently in development. Patients may contact D’Vine Medical Spa to join the interest list and receive updates as services become available.
