Appointment & Arrival Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and paperwork. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled in fairness to other scheduled guests. Based on availability, treatment time may be shortened.
Deposits & Appointment Reservations
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
A $50 deposit is required for consultations and appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled service.
Certain extended appointments and prepaid treatments may require a $200 deposit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit and/or a cancellation fee.
Appointments requiring a $200 deposit require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Rescheduled within 48–24 hours: 50% deposit forfeiture
Rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours: 100% deposit forfeiture
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these policies.
No-Show Policy
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be restricted from future scheduling privileges.

Returns & Refunds
All services, treatment packages, gift certificates, deposits, and memberships are non-refundable.
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days with receipt and will be refunded via spa credit.
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages and series expire one year from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
